"Unfortunately, we were involved in an auto accident which totaled our van. While no one was hurt, we were shaken up. We filed a claim through the StateFarm website and went to our local agent to follow up. We were warmly greeted by Mark Schrader who helped us gain our footing during this difficult time. "Really disappointed. Called on Friday to see why I could not see my payment account (sfpp) and was told by Cindy (I think) it was because my account was “in” cancellation status due to me not paying last month. Pretty sure I paid Last month but know I have Been behind in the past so I asked to go ahead and pay ,which I did before asking if the price was higher due to renewal since we had an at fault accident and speeding ticket within the last year. Cindy said oh yeah that’s your renewal rate. I then go online realizing I renew soon but no renewal notice is showing so I call back and speak with Emma. She puts me on hold then comes back and very rudely says I’m being non-renewed which I should Have received a letter in the mail due to my husbands accident and ticket in Feb and another speeding ticket from 2022. I understood why I was being non renewed but did not understand why Cindy did not say that before taking my $429. Emma said “oh, she was talking about life insurance” I let her know we never spoke of life insurance and my real problem is why she didn’t tell me I would have no insurance on my automobiles after February 1st before I made the payment. I would have paid because I owed (if I was a month behind) but for her to not have any conversation with me about non-renewal when I have been with Statefarm for almost 10 years was a big slap in the face. Please choose wisely and don’t ever think for a minute that your insurance company is loyal to you. Always shop around but make sure you are adequately covered at all times."

"I was looking to get another quote for our car insurance and I knew Tosh from past experiences and called him for a quote. I sent him my info and he sent me back a quote, apples to apples and was able to save me a HUGE savings on a quote. This was all done on a call and a few texts. He just asked for a few things from my end including my kids’ grades and educational drivers certificates and he took care of everything else. Tosh sent me a quote and it took me no time to look over, I sent him my blessings to finish the process and it was done. This was all taken care of in a day or so and with minimal effort from me. Since then I have sent group texts to all of my family and friends who want to save and get with someone who will take care of us with his email and information."
